She was born on July 19. Something that Samantha did not know was that she had magical powers. Her parents,King Christian and Queen Francesca, were also born with these magnificent powers. Samantha knew she had powers when she turned 9. But her parents did not tell her. She was trying to block the sun by raising her right hand and then the window which shined the sunlight was covered with ice. She gasped and her parents ran into her room. That's when she knew. Then she got a staff which had all the colors of the rainbow at the tip of the staff. She was to control her powers by using her staff. Then, during the years, she had made friends with her servants, Melissa Scott and Nikoletta Jones.Samantha's full name is Samantha Victoria Ventura. This is their kingdom: Kendrick's background Well, Kendrick was not a handsome prince, but a worker in the fields. During his childhood, his parents died in a fire. He tried to save them, but he couldn't. So now he lives with his brothers, Micheal and William James. Now he has to work with his brothers to earn money. Kendrick is a very hard worker and does not slack off. He plans on earning enough money to buy a home for himself. After a few years (It has been a few years since then. Samantha has been able to control her powers without the staff. She can now use her hands to use her powers. She is now 16) Kendrick is now 16 years old and working. He and his brothers have been working. So first we will go to Samantha playing with Melissa and Nikoletta. "Wow it's been a while since we've been friends." said Melissa. "Yeah." said Samantha Flashback (Samantha was walking to her garden when she saw two girls admiring her flowers. The two girls turned around and looked scared. He then wipes away the sweat that forms on his forehead. Kendrick looks up at the baby blue sky which had puffy clouds and birds flying across the horizon. Then he looks back at his work. Then he looks at his brothers to see that their boss was talking to them. Then William's and Micheal's face turns to a excited kind of face. Then they run to Kendrick. "Whoa where's the fire?' asked Kendrick as he laughed at his joke. "Well do you want to hear our news or not?" asked William "okay! Okay! What was the boss talking to you guys about." said Kendrick. "Well he said that we worked so hard that we should go to the masquerade ball that the king and queen are holding." said Micheal. "And you should be excited because the princess will be there." said William Kendrick was excited because he did like Princess Samantha. So he hopes to see her there."well that means we are going to the masquerade ball then." said Kendrick with a smile Title: New Classic Chapter: 2 Name of Chapter: A Night to Remember Well it was the next day. The day of the masquerade ball. Samantha and Kendrick are getting ready. We will go to Samantha first. Samantha is in her room taking a bath. After a few minutes she came out of the bathroom and started to change into her clothes and her jewelery.Then her mom came in. "Good evening mom." said Samantha. Queen Francesca smiled and said, "Hello Samantha. You look beautiful today." "Thanks mom." said Samantha. "You ready?" asked Queen Francesca, "Your friends are down already." "Okay. I'm ready."said Samantha. "Okay the guard bring you to your entrance." informed Queen Francesca. Samantha nodded and began to curl her hair. Then she followed the guard to her entrance. With Kendrick Kendrick was in the ballroom which was crowded with people who were not familiar to him. He was with his brothers and were wearing a tuxedo and a mask. "Wow this is crowded." said Kendrick. "It's like this every year. When they have their masquerade ball, they invite people they think deserves to be here." said William"Nice." said Micheal.Then they heard a trumpet. Everyone turned to see what was going to happen. "Presenting their royal highness. Please welcome King Christian, Queen Francesca, and Princess Samantha." said the presenter. The king and queen walked down the stairs first with the queen holding the king's arms. Then they sat in their throne. Then the most beautiful person Kendrick has ever seen, Princess Samantha. She was wearing this: She wore a mask which was glittery and had red with a bit of white on it on it. And she wore her tiara on her. Her her was wavy which made her looked beautiful. Kendrick looked around to see that mostly every guy was drooling all over her (not really). Micheal and William looked at Kendrick to see that he was jealous. So to avoid him telling them that Micheal asked a girl who was in a pink satin gown with only one strap which wrapped around her right arm. And it had glitter around her waist (this girl is Melissa but he doesn't know). He walks over to her and says, "Excuse me miss?" Melissa turns around to see Micheal. "Yes?""May I have a dance?" asked Micheal. Melissa giggled and said, "Yes you may." Then they walked to the dance floor. William walked to a girl who was wearing a dark green dress. It was ruffled on the sides of the gown. So then he walked to her. He tapped her shoulders. Nikoletta turns around to see William. "Yes. May I help you?" asked Nikoletta. "Yes i was wondering if you wanted to dance with me?" asked William Nikoletta smiled and said, "Yes you can." Then they walked to the dance floor and danced. Samantha was dancing with random guys that she did not know or wanted to dance. But she did not want to be rude. Kendrick looked closely at Samantha to see that Samantha looked miserable. So Kendrick walked across the dance floor and tapped the guy. "Yes?" asked the guy."May I dance with the princess?" asked Kendrick. The guy nodded and walked away. Samantha looked at the Kendrick and thought he was handsome. But she didn't show. She described him as 1 inch taller than her, have dark brown curly hair, and well handsome. So the song playing now was " A Valentine's Dance" which was featured in Another Cinderella Story. You know when Mary was dancing with Joey. Yeah that song. Anyways they started dancing. "So I haven't seen you around here. Are you new to this place?" asked Samantha. "Yes I am." said Kendrick. Then Kendrick started to dance like Joey did in Another Cinderella Story. Samantha was interested when he did that so she started to dance like Mary did in the first part of the dance in Another Cinderella Story. "What was that?" asked Kendrick as he chuckled."I guess the music speaks to me." said Samantha. Kendrick noticed that everyone was looking at them, but he didn't care. He was living his dream as he danced with Samantha. Samantha never knew she would have this much fun. She was dancing with a guy she doesn't know, yet she is having fun. I wonder who he is, thought Samantha. Then they began to dance the whole time until the song ended. everyone clapped for them. This was a moment both Kendrick and Samantha agree would be a night to remember. Title: New Classic Chapter: 3 Name of Chapter: Once Upon a Dream Samantha had a dream like this once. In her dream she danced with an unknown guy who looked like Kendrick. (P.S she still doesn't know his name yet) She was dancing with him like no one was in the room. Actually she was wearing a pink short dress that was made for dancing. She could not see his face but she could feel him. And when it was time for him to remove the mask, she woke up. Now her dream is coming true. She was dancing with an unknown guy and is dancing to the same song. Weird huh? Anyways Samantha and Kendrick walked into a garden where Samantha would hide in. It wasn't the same garden she was playing with Melissa and Nikoletta, it was a different one. So she sat down on the bench. "So I'm guessing this is your hiding place?" said Kendrick. Samantha looked around and said, "Yes it is. This is where I go when I need to think or take a break." "You were a good dancer in there." said Kendrick. "Thanks. You too." said Samantha. Samantha sighs and let's go of Kendrick. "Oh I'm sorry father if I worried you."said Samantha.King Christian looks at Kendrick and smiles. "So whose your friend princess?" asked King Christian. "Um...." said Samantha but was interrupted by Kendrick."Kendrick James your highness." said Kendrick. "Pleasure to meet you Kendrick." said King Christian, "well I must be off. Your mother is waiting."then he walked out smiling. Samantha smiles turns around to Kendrick and says, "So your name is Kendrick James right?" Kendrick smiles and says, "Your correct. And your Princess Samantha Victoria Ventura." Then takes a deep breath after saying that.Samantha laughs. "That's what you get for saying my full name." said Samantha with a laugh,"So you want to go back to the ball?" "Sure." said Kendrick. Then they walk back to the ball. After a few hours Samantha says farewell to Kendrick. Then she walks back to her bedroom and changes into her nightgown. Then she sleeps. In her dream, she had dream that Kendrick would reveal himself to her. But he didn't. Title:New Classic Chapter: 4 Name of Chapter:Protecting Me It was a normal day. Samantha reading her magic spells when an angel popped out of the book. Samantha jumps. Then she realizes it's her guardian angel. She sighs and says, "Okay Pit(P.S that's the angel's name,Pit). We really need to work on your entrance. Because every time you always pop out of nowhere when I'm not expecting it." Pit laughs and says, "Sorry princess. But I have news for you.""Okay. What are they?" asked Samantha, "Good or bad?" "Well..."said Pit. "Well what?" asked Samantha. "Bad news." said Pit. "Do you know how much I hate bad news?" said Samantha. "Sorry princess but I have to warn you. But the good news is that..." said Pit but was interrupted by Samantha. "That what?" asked Samantha anxiously. "Okay we will work on your interruptions problems,"said Pit as he laughed at his joke,"anyways you will probably ignore my warning so you will go outside and then something happens..." "How's is that good news?" asked Samantha "Just listen. Someone will save you from harm. " said Pit "What's his name?What does he look like?" asked Samantha. "You will find out soon." said Pit then he disappears in the book. Samantha sighs. Then his father came in. "Hello father."said Samantha"Good morning princess. You know how long it's been since you've been outside of the castle?" said King Christian. "Yes why?" asked Samantha. "Well I was thinking we could go in the carriage and go around the town." said King Christian. And as Pit said, Samantha ignored his warning because she was too excited. "Okay. Let me change first." said Samantha. Then her father left her room. After a few minutes Samantha was going to wear a black vest with a white shirt underneath it. Then she wore a blue skirt with white leggings. And she wore sliver earrings and a necklace. She put her hair in a ponytail. After that she walked down to her father. "Shall we go?" asked King Christian. "Of course." said Samantha and they walked to the carriage. With Kendrick Kendrick was working in the fields while thinking about Princess Samantha. Micheal looked at him and pushed him a little. Kendrick snaps out of it and says, "Huh? What?" "You were thinking about the princess right?" said Micheal knowing he was right since Kendrick have been blabbing about it. "How did you know?" asked Kendrick "Because you kept talking about her all night." said Micheal and then he looked to see the King's carriage," Hey isn't that the king's carriage?" Kendrick looked and saw it was. He saw Princess Samantha and smiled. With Samantha Samantha was loving the view of the outside. It was beautiful. Then the carriage stopped. They doors opened and the carriage driver took King Christian out. "What's going on?" asked King Christian. "There's something about to fall on the carriage." said the carriage driver. "But my daughter..."said King Christian. "We will get her next."said the carriage driver. Kendrick was looking at the sky and saw that something was coming Princess Samantha's way. He ran to her. Micheal looked and saw the same thing. "NO! KENDRICK!"said Micheal.Kendrick ignored him and ran. Samantha was stuck inside because her doors were locked. She looked and saw that it was coming close. Then she saw someone running for her. It was a guy. "Can you get out?" said the stranger(Kendrick)"No! Does it look like I can?" said Samantha. Kendrick started cutting the carriage open with his sword that the boss gave him. Kendrick looked at the sky to see that it was coming close. The carriage door finally opened and Kendrick carried Samantha and began to run. Then they thing fall on the carriage. Kendrick falls down and so does Samantha. She is on top of Kendrick. "You saved me." said Samantha. "Yeah." said Kendrick. The king and the carriage driver ran to them."Oh my princess. Your okay!" said King Christian and then hugs her. "Yes I am."said Samantha. Then she looks at Kendrick."Thank you." said Samantha with a smile. "Your welcome." said Kendrick."Hey how about you help protect my daughter by becoming our guard."said King Christian. "I don't know. My brothers and I need money to pay our home." said Kendrick. "We will pay you 130 gold." said King Christian. "Seriously?" asked Kendrick. "Yes."said King Christian "Okay. We will do it." said Kendrick. "Okay but first we must know your name." said King Christian. "Kendrick James your highness." said Kendrick That's what caught Samantha's attention. "Yes I am." said Kendrick. "Prove it then." said Samantha. "How may I prove that to you, your majesty?" asked Kendrick as he steps closer to her. Samantha starts to feel butterflies in her stomach. "Um well..."said Samantha but Kendrick grabbed her hand and started to run. Samantha laughs."Kendrick where are you taking me?" asked Samantha. "Well you said you wanted me to prove it. Here." said Kendrick. They are in the middle of the fields. Then Kendrick put on hand on her waist. Samantha puts one of her hands on Kendrick's shoulders gently. Then she takes Kendrick's hand. Then they start to dance. "Okay you might want to hold onto my hand." said Kendrick. "Why?" asked Samantha but then Kendrick leaped her up into the air. Samantha was having so much fun.She laughs and says, "Kendrick put me down." "Not unless you believe me." said Kendrick. Samantha smiles and says, "Never!" "Okay then." said Kendrick. Then he puts her down and twirls her around. Samantha laughs. King Christian was watching her daughter dancing with the hero. He smiles because he had never seen his daughter so happy. "Excuse me your highness?" asked the carriage driver. "Yes?" asked King Christian. "There are two boys. Two of them named William and Micheal James." said the carriage driver. "Oh let me talk to them." said King Christian. Then he started talking to the boys."So you will start tomorrow okay?" said King Christian "Yes your majesty." said both of them. "And please call me Chris." said King Christian with a smile. They smiled back and said, "Okay Chris." Then they watched Kendrick and Samantha. Then they finally stopped. "Okay so you proved to be my masked hero huh?" asked Samantha. "Yes I did." said Kendrick with a smile. Samantha smiled back. Then William and Micheal walked up to them."Hey Kendrick." said Micheal. "And the king told us that we start tomorrow." said William. "Okay." said Kendrick. At the castleSamantha and her family had a meeting after they came back. "So what are we going to do? We have to protect our daughter and the kingdom." said Queen Francesca. "We will have to use our magic to protect our friends, family, and the people who are working here. We can not risk losing any of them." said King Christian. "But dad, I've only known magic for 7 years." said Samantha, "what if my staff is broken.""You will use your hands for your powers to come. Practice." said King Christian, "use your mind." Samantha was thinking ice on the cup and focused her hands on the water. To her surprise, the water became ice. "Wow." said Samantha. "You must remember to be concentrated. Your powers are to heal,hurt, and other things like carrying a bag without using your hands." said King Christian. "What?" asked Samantha. "I'll show you." said King Christian. He focused his mind on the table. The table had started floating in the air by King Christian's hand. Then he lowered his hand to lower the table. Then Samantha tried doing it. And so from there, she practiced her magic with her dad. She practiced healing people. She practiced using fire,water,ice, wind,lightning, and the force of gravity to a simple dummy who now looks like ashes now. The next day Samantha was in her music room where she would play music. I just couldn't stop listening to your wonderful voice." Samantha blushes and says,"Thanks." "Well we have our new guards practicing. Want to watch?" asked Queen Francesca Samantha smiles and says, "Okay!" Then she puts her guitar down and runs to her mom. Then she follows her. With Kendrick,Micheal, and William Kendrick and his brothers are fighting with real people. Kendrick gets one by using his sword and attacks another one by using his elbow and hitting that person in the stomach. Then once he's down he knocks him down. Micheal hits someone with a sword. Then the next one he punches the next one. He looks at Kendrick to see that someone was going to attack him so he punches him. He falls down. "Thanks bro." said Kendrick. "No problem." said Micheal. William is hitting using his fist. He gets knocked hit by someone. "WILLIAM!" said Kendrick and Micheal. Then they both get hit and knocked down to the ground. The bad guys were about to kill them when they froze. "Huh?" asked the three of them. Samantha walks up."Hey guys."said Samantha."Hey did you see what happened to them?They..." said Micheal."Yeah they froze. I know. I did that." said Samantha. "Yeah right. "said William "I'll prove it." said Samantha. Samantha looked around to see a barrow. She focuses on the barrow and raises her hands to lift the barrow. And to to the boys, the barrow actually raises up. "Whoa!"said the boys. Samantha turns around and focuses at the bad guys by using fire. They finished. When they come inside the castle, Kendrick asks," So your like a sorcerer or something?" Samantha laughs and says, "Well yeah. My parents were born like that too. And the only reason why I was in there was because my mom wanted to show me how you guys were doing. And by the looks of your faces, you don't look so good." She laughs. "Well this is our second time we have done this." said William "What do you mean by second time?" asked Samantha. "When someone tried to kidnap our mom, we used our swords that our dad used in a war."said Micheal. "Oh they must be proud of you guys. I mean you managed to shelter your parents in your house and guarding this castle." said Samantha. But when she looked at their faces, their face looked so gloomy. "What?" asked Samantha. "Our parents are not living with us." said Kendrick with a sad expression. "So they're living in another home?" asked Samantha. "No...they died from a fire." said Kendrick with a tear. Samantha felt sympathy and hugged Kendrick. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to bring it up."said Samantha. Kendrick smiled and said, "Thanks. Your probably thinking I'm a baby from crying huh?" Samantha smiled and said "No. I find it cute when a guy expresses his emotions." Kendrick got excited and said, "Seriously?" "Yeah. A guy who is sweet, kind, caring, understanding, and sensitive could win my heart." said Samantha with a smile and walked away. Kendrick was shocked yet excited because he was many of those things. He knew he could catch Samantha's heart. "So lover boy just got flirted by the princess huh?" said Micheal with a laugh. William laughed too. She tooth brushed her teeth, combed her hair, and then ate breakfast. Then she walked to the music room. Then she walked to her guitar. That's when she began to sing. King Christian woke up and did the same thing Samantha did. He walks past the music room to see his daughter playing and singing. So he listens. "Shall we go?" asked King Christian. "Of course." said Samantha and they walked to the carriage. With Kendrick Kendrick was working in the fields while thinking about Princess Samantha. Micheal looked at him and pushed him a little. Kendrick snaps out of it and says, "Huh? What?" Kendrick looked and saw it was. He saw Princess Samantha and smiled. With Samantha Samantha was loving the view of the outside. It was beautiful. Then the carriage stopped. They doors opened and the carriage driver took King Christian out. "What's going on?" asked King Christian. "There's something about to fall on the carriage." said the carriage driver. "But my daughter..."said King Christian. "We will get her next."said the carriage driver. Kendrick was looking at the sky and saw that something was coming Princess Samantha's way. He ran to her. Practice." said King Christian, "use your mind." Samantha was thinking ice on the cup and focused her hands on the water. To her surprise, the water became ice. "Wow." said Samantha. With Kendrick,Micheal, and William Kendrick and his brothers are fighting with real people. Kendrick gets one by using his sword and attacks another one by using his elbow and hitting that person in the stomach. Then once he's down he knocks him down. Micheal hits someone with a sword. Then the next one he punches the next one. He looks at Kendrick to see that someone was going to attack him so he punches him. He falls down. "Thanks bro." said Kendrick. "No problem." said Micheal. William is hitting using his fist. He gets knocked hit by someone. "WILLIAM!" said Kendrick and Micheal. Then they both get hit and knocked down to the ground. The bad guys were about to kill them when they froze. "Huh?" asked the three of them. His blade which was for beginners was turned into a bejeweled blade. On the handles was purple,red,green,blue,and yellow jewels. The rest of it was a sharp blade that could break anything. 'What's this?" asked Kendrick."Well your sword of course."said King Christian."But why?" asked Kendrick."You care for my daughter. I can see that. This blade forged from 6 rare jewels it has the sharpest blade around the world. Think of a element like fire and the sword will become that element. Each of the jewels represent them. Use these and your strength and you will be able to win." said King Christian."I can't do this alone." said Kendrick"You don't have to."Kendrick turned around to see his brothers standing side by side. "guys thanks but I can't put you in harms way." said Kendrick.King Christian lifted his hands up. Micheal's and William's swords turned into a red sword and another sword."The red one is called Ruby Claymore. It stands for William's dedication and strength he has for his family and friends. This represents Micheal's strengths and passion he has within himself. Again if you three find your true strength and desires, you will find your weapons useful." said King Christian."But how will we get there?" asked Kendrick."We have brought you each a horse to ride. On the saddles are some extra weapons in case you lose these." said King Christian."Yeah. So there's just one problem." said Micheal."and what's that?" asked Kendrick."We have no clue where they are!
